Awards are earned per net student based on moving students to proficiency (meets or exceeds grade-level expectations) in both reading and math). Net students are calculated by combining the total number of students from not proficient in the fall to proficient in the spring minus those who were proficient in the fall and not proficient in the spring. Award payouts vary based on grade level.
